The beneficiaries of Operational Programme on Transport are determined in advance. They are:

All beneficiaries initiate and undertake individual projects and receive public funds. They have right to be informed for: the project products and services delivered, the financial plan, the time constraints, financial and other information. These requirements are set-up in details in the contracts/letters of proposals, given at disposal to the beneficiaries when their projects are approved.

Each beneficiary has indicative list with projects for realization.
